Is anyone using a car kit that works adequately with their HTC Desire?

My old Nokia phone provided auto-answer and voice-dialling with a £20 Clip 'n' Talk visor mounted speaker.

I know these functions are not readily available (at least working reliably) with the Desire, but wondered what is the best configuration people have come up with, please?

Thanks...

My problem is identical to yours. I manage to answer a call but voice dailing does not work for me (I posted a question to that effect a couple of days ago). If I speak directly into the phone out works yet in a car environment it is a no go.

I have a Sony car stereo with bluetooth and since the upgrade to 2.2 I have had no problems using the bluetooth in my car. I am able to stream my music and make and answer calls via the bluetooth. I just have to answer the call via the stereo and not directly on the phone handset. There is no auto-answer on the Desire so you need to answer any incoming calls via your bluetooth device and not the phone.
Do a search on here for voice dialing apps as I am sure there are some available through the Android Market.

Oh Decalqueen I hope your answer resolves my problems, I can link to my car stereo but have been trying to answer via the phone button will try the stereo button to see if voice actually will come through my stereo speakers.
