The entirety of the changelog can be googled, so I won't go there. Basically, the look and feel of the OS is more unified, and the default icons look better. There's also an orange glow and bounce-back if you reached the end of a list, so that's nice. The core kernels are also updated to provide better gaming performance, which I haven't notice.
