Hi

I'm on a comany network and need a app so I can connect to the network.
If I use my private PC, I get a box where I need to write my username and password.

Android 2.2 do not support and HTC will not point me in any direction :-(

Please help me get online at work.

I have no problem with my network at home :-)

It's unclear from your description if the required password is for network security (WAP, WPA etc), or if it's your browser asking for the password (as happens with most "free" wifi at McDonalds, Motels etc.)

Do you know what type of security your work network uses? The Desire can handle the most common sorts.

It's a open network.....no wpa or anything! Just like McD or other "free" wifi

I get a browser-window on my laptop, where the username and password must be typed.

I belive it's called: http-proxy ?

You should be able to do the same in your phone then.
i.e. try to browse to a web page, any web page, and you should be shown that password prompt.

Try searching for "http proxy" on the market.
I haven't tried it (I don't need it), but there is an app called "HTTP Proxy Settings" by Michael Richardson" that claims to let you set it on Android 2.2.
