Settings > About phone > Software information > check under Android version. FroYo is 2.2

Well, the update is quite broken guys. Frame rate stutters unless you had adblock on. Ads also moved from lower right corner to upper right corner... A big "No no NO!" for free apps today...

I've played this on the iphone 3g and the iphone4 and i was really happy to see it in the market for FREE on android .
I've got the desire running froyo and i've run both the ads version lite and the full free version .

Got to say i wasnt impressed . the frame rate stutters and just takes away from the game . its such a good game and if i hadn't played it on the iphone i probably wouldnt have noticed that much .

Is there anything that can be done to make the game play flawless?

I didnt notice the ads before because i didnt have my wifi or mobile internet connected but would that still make the ads interfer with the game?
i'll try this root and ads block thing tho .
