I'm not sure if I should put this here or in troubleshooting but my WWF app keeps losing network connection. My phone is set to sync but it often fails to tell me when my opponent has taken their turn. I usually have to uninstall and reinstall the app - and I don't want to be doing that every time.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

WwF is still a bit buggy.  I found it works better if you're patient and don't tap anything while the update "spinner" is spinning.

I agree, patience is the key. Also I find that it's my turn long before I'm notified. Sometimes the screen fades and the game becomes unresponsive, however it's easily fixed by doing a manual force stop through the Applications menu. Other than that, I'm hooked . :-)

It's nice that the Facebook and Android versions can be linked, so you can continue your game on phone or FB.

I wonder if it would work across to iPad too... but I'm not going to go get an iPad just to find out whether the Android-FB-iPad circle is complete.

Hi, thanks all.
I do wait for the spinner to finish - but sometimes when it has finished spinning it throws up a message says "network connection error, please try again later" (or words to that effect) which is what the annoyance is.
I often clear the cache (as recommended by someone else I know this happened to) and I have forced stop on occasion even though the warning comes up about it potentially causing the phone to misbehave (naughty!). The only thing that seems to remedy it for me is having to uninstall and reinstall - hence wondering if I was missing something or doing something wrong.

I find just stopping the application instead of uninstalling the whole app. Updating to the latest version has helped as well.
