This topic was posted once before but a couple of years ago, so I started a new thread.
I had an issue where a text came in at the same time as the alarm went off and having got rid of the text, the dialogue for dismissing the alarm disappeared and was nowhere to be found. So the alarm just went on ringing. On and on. I had vibration on too, so even though I silenced the phone, it still buzzed loudly.
The only solution seemed to be to power off the phone.
The first thread attributed this to a Handcent issue, but I'm using GoSMSPro.
It must be a rare coincidence for a text to come in at the same time as an alarm, but I wonder if anyone found another fix?
