Well Im into my second day and its showing 50% on the battery, so Im chuffed. Ill stick it on charge tonight as Im back at work tomorrow.

Hi,
This thread was useful. thanks.
I have tried this after I did a factory reset. then the battery only lasted 1-1.5 days!
Now after the calibration and waiting 1-2 weeks for the phone to settle down, the batery lasts much longer.
I did how ever do the calibration twice. Reason, because the first time I don't think I did it correectly! there was no chage in the battery life, but after the seconf time the differnece was noticeable. Grin

Done a factory reset a few hours ago, and just calibrated will post soon if i see a difference.

It would be so great if this was possible for other HTC models. Hope one day HTC and other manufacturers will consider smart batteries be smart, not just the phones.
