I would like to have a different outgoing email address from my incoming. I have all my mail from my company account forward to a gmail account and I pick this up on my mail widget. I would like all mail sent from my phone to be from a different account ( my company account) so that the recipient receives the mail from my company account and when the recipient 'replies' it will go to my company account address. How do I set this up?

Best way to handle this would be to simply set your phone up with your company account as a POP3 or IMAP account.  You'll need the server settings etc for your company's mailserver to do that.  And your phone carrier's outgoing server, in case the company's outgoing server only accepts messages from within the company's network.
