Help. Don't normally resort to forums but current problem is doing my head in. Over past month or so have not been able to make or receive calls from my home address even when phone is showing good network coverage (3 bars). My wife has called my phone and everything is going to voice mail but no calls recorded. Contacted Vodafone who state there are no network issues. Have put phone onto Airplane mode and back again with no result. Have taken out sim card and battery but still no better. I have also run a ping test (whatever that is) by *#*#4636#*#*, but hasn't made any difference. Vodafone will send me another sim card but have indicated problem may be with phone. Any ideas please?
