Had bad experience with HTC Desire

Just bought 2 HTC Desires about a week ago from good ole Ebay for Bluegrass Cellular. Take them to The Carrier and guess What one was stolen and the other was not one of their phones. I did get refunds from the Ebay seller. and now I was told by the sellers just to keep them. So I got 2 good GPS, MP3, WIFI units to do something with....I am new to the smartphones and as I say,, Bad Bad purchases.. So, I was hoping to see what I can do with them now.

The owner of the stolen one said it was not insured.

Bluegrass does not use sim cards, we use micro memory cards where the simms go. They use the flashing method I was told.
