No such thing, I'm afraid.  I created some static wallpapers in Paintshop Pro.  (I posted them in the wallpaper setion).

Whichever program you use, keep in mind that the actual resolution must be 960 wide x 800 high.

As for the live wallpapers, apparently it is possible to make those, but it's way above my skill level and apparently involves some serious programming.  So I'll stay clear of that untill HTC releases some proper tool for that.
