What is the best Ringtone app ??

I personally prefer to make my own ringtones.  A bit of messing about on the PC with an audio trimmer (like the one in JetAudio for example) and some music (or comedy) files can get you a nice personal ringtone that no-one else has.

like XSaenen  i do mine on the PC but using Cool Edit Pro, you can make any ringtone you like, bit of Black Sabbeth is pretty cool. Much better than all the standard stuff.

I've downloaded a comedy SMS tone from Zedge but whether I set it through the usual Settings>Sound & Display>Notification Sound or whether I use Tone Picker I still ge the original, boring 'bing' when I get a text.Can anyone tell me why?? (It lets me set the new tone as a ringtone and that works straight away!

  Are you using the standard messaging app?? if so then try - Messages-Menu Button-Settings-Scroll down until you see Recieved Notification, make sure play notification sound is ticked, and then pick the notification sound from the next box down. you may well get some choices when you press that button, hopefully one will be Zedge ringtones and then you can pick the notification sound you downloaded.

how about the Ringo Pro? has anyone of you tried it? is it better than Ringdroid? i was able tot download Ringo Lite the problem is i cant set MP3's for my SMS notivication, isays i need to download Ringo Pro..

    I personally feel that ringtone should be musical, I think you should search on Google, there are best ringtones and wallpaper are available. You'll get your ringtone according to your taste.
