I love my HTC Desire, I really do, but I'm getting to the point of wanting to chuck it out of the window. I've just sent this to HTC because at the moment the phone is unusable. Has anyone else had something like this. My husband thought it could be a bug but I'd have thought the factory reset I did would have sorted it out if it was.
All I want is a working phone *sigh*I bought my phone on 3rd Aug 10 - have been using it successfully on the 3 network until Monday 22nd Nov 10 when I lost all network connections, it said that my SIM was not valid with the network. I used my husbands Orange SIM successfully and checked with 3 that my account and contract was ok, that the phone was not blacklisted and the SIM worked in other phones. I borrowed my husbands SIM did an Android software updated and my SIM worked again from the evening of the 23rd Nov until the evening of the 25th when again I lost all network connection and the SIM couldn't connect with 3. I did a factory reset of the phone and it worked again for 1hr when again I lost all network connection. I would like to send the phone in for repair because it is clearly a phone issue rather than a SIM or network issue.
