problem with sd card

Absolutely amazing and i will tell you why.

I had 4GB card and thought, great i will upgrade to a 32GB. Everytime i started my phone, it would freeze from time to time.

I was also unable to copy things to it successfully.

From time to time it would also come up wqith the read only error message.

Formatting the card did not help. Right i thought. I will try my 16gb Card. Guess what? Absolutely no issues.

The solution?

My 4GB card which gave me no issues said Class 2

My 32GB card which gave me loads of grief just like you, did not even say what class.

My 16GB card SAYS CLASS 2.

So maybe you need to make sure you put a Class 2 Card.

Tha amazing thing about all this? All this happened to me yesterday. 

I have the same problem. Decided to buy a 32Gb micro SD from eBay....remarkably cheap £23.99....MyMemory Class 4 .

Trouble is since I have had this and dumped around 1700 songs onto it and use PlayerPro(best music app IMO) every time my battery drains and the phone shuts down I recharge, restart and there is an error with the SD card. It tells me to unmount to remove etc etc. I usually insert the card into a reader and directly connect to my PC which momentarily sees files then reports Insert Disk. Anyway it's just happened to me again  and I had filmed a 10 min vid for the Mother In Laws 80th. So I need to recover and I'm using a recovery software which I hope will work.

Anyway the lesson is don't buy cheap memory....you certainly get what you pay for.
