when i shake my phone it sounds like something shaking inside
its aggravating only had a month and spent 210 on it brand new

It shouldn't rattle.  I'd suggest sending it in for repairs, as there probably is something broken in there.
If it makes you feel any better : I spent 499 EUR on mine, the equivalent of $725.

thank you its coming from top of it like power button is shaking because if i hold it its not as loud

Just tried it with mine, and if I shake it really hard without holding the power button, I can hear the power button touch the side of its housing.  It has a little play, but nothing exceptional.  It shouldn't sound like there is anything really loose in there.

As for how hard "really hard" is, I shake a bottle of Heinz Ketchup (or a can of juice) less hard than I just shook my Desire.

Yeah, then you should have it looked at.  Probably just some plastic pin that is broken, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

... and the camera, the radio unit and the (fragile) speakers.  But yea, overall it's your choice.  Personally I would have it looked at, but then again I have a spare HTC.  So if it's gone for 2 weeks it's no problem.

i dont think us cellular looks at it and the radio unit to get signal is at bottom and if speker goes out or something ir power button i will just take it and replace it ir try to fix it
