Hi, this is my first post, sorry its a question straight away but I really need some help!

I have recently updated my phone to 2.3.3 and ever since my phone has slowly been giving up!  The first thing that happened was I couldn't hear callers on the other end unless I activate speaker phone. Next was the headphones, phone won't recognise any! And now when I click on my camera all I get is a black screen!

Can anyone help?
