I followed this guide to root with unrevoked
http://jamestombs.co.uk/2011-03-27/how-rooting-htc-desire-froyo-22-windows-7-x64 .everything went fine except in the very end when flashing was done and phone was booted in recovery unrevoked said "comunications with phone unexpectedly interrupted. try again"(this happened a lot of times before just in the very beginning). I thought whole process was unsuccessful but when i rebooted i noticed the superuser app and it actually worked, the phone is rooted. but in hboot it says its s-on. in unrevoked site it says it gives both root and s-off, so why didnt i get s-off? disable security was ticked in options. how do i gain s-off?
Another question: how to get more internal storage space without installing a custom rom? is it possible without s-off?
